Initially, we focused on running targeted ads to attract new travelers to join Transformator Travel's trips. Our strategic approach delivered results! By the end of 2023, the project had grown, and the FANDS team took the lead in managing the performance marketing department on the client side
We then began overseeing the brand’s promotion across all channels: Instagram targeted ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and Yandex Direct. We were responsible for creating advertising funnels and developing landing pages. We started implementing tools that hadn't been used before and increasing budgets—up to 1 million rubles per month
