We immediately realized that to solve this problem, we needed to dig deeper. We studied everything: the target audience, competitors, and the market. After talking to local residents, it became clear: TikTok was a must-have in their daily routine, meaning we could reach them there. We then developed a hypothesis: we needed to promote not only on Facebook, as the client wanted, but also on TikTok. Spoiler alert: it worked
